Golden Visa


Residence Visa for Investment Activity, known as Golden Visa, is a program created under the Portuguese Law that allows citizens of countries outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic States to obtain a residence permit in Portugal, benefiting movement in the Schengen area.
 
We work to make the process of obtaining Golden VISA or ARI (Residence Permit for Investment Activity) quick and efficient.
With the current Portuguese legislation foreign investors are allowed to apply for residence permits for investment activity, to whom they obtain regular entry into national territory, that is, holders of valid Schengen visas or beneficiaries of visa exemptions, by means of transfers of capital , job creation or real estate purchase.
Thus, the investor can choose one of the following investment activities:
• Acquisition of immovable property worth € 500,000 or more;
• Transfer of capital in the amount of EUR 1 million or more;
• Creation of at least 10 jobs;
• Acquisition of real estate, whose construction has been completed for at least 30 years or located in urban rehabilitation area and realization of rehabilitation works of real estate acquired, in the aggregate amount equal to or greater than € 350,000.00
