Golden VisaItem list 3We work to make the process of obtaining GOLDEN VISA or ARI (Residence Permit for Investment Activity) quick and efficient. Under current Portuguese legislation, foreign investors are allowed to apply for a residence permit for investment activity, to whom they obtain regular entry into national territory, that is, holders of valid Schengen visas or beneficiaries of visa exemption, by means of transfers of capital , job creation or real estate purchase.

In order to obtain Portuguese citizenship through the nationalization process, OG&A organizes and carries out the nationality process for foreigners, whether by assignment, acquisition by residence time or through marriage.
OG&A provides services to assist the entire process of Residence Authorization with the Portuguese Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF). The program is an unparalleled rapid roadway in Europe, which grants non-EU citizens the right to free entry, stay and movement, which includes the right of residence and work in most European countries, the so-called SSchengen Area. The Residence Authorization may be extended to all members of the holder's household (spouses, descendants and ascendants who are dependent or dependent on them). In 3 years, approximately 2,500 residence permits for investment (ARI) were issued, accompanied by 4,100 Visas under the Family Regrouping.
