• Law degree completed on 12 February 1992 at the Autonoma University of Lisbon (Luís de Camões).
• He studied International Relations at the Automa University of Lisbon (Luís de Camões) from 1992 to 1994.
• Postgraduate course in the area of Legal and Environmental Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon - Universidade Clássica, having completed the course in the academic year 2000.
• Judicial Liquidator in the Judicial District of Coimbra with registration in 2000 issued by the Coimbra Court of Appeal.
• Lawyer - admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association on 10 April 1994, with the Professional Lawyer's Certificate n. 11202 L.
• He has been practising law full-time since 1992 and has over 30 years' professional experience in practically all areas of law and in different sectors of economic activity.   
• Twice candidate for CPAS - Presidency of the Board of the Lawyers, Solicitors and Enforcement Agents Pension Scheme.
• Participation and intervention in numerous colloquiums and conferences of a legal nature.
